Each of the working groups submitted a book review essay (1,200 words plus 10 references) on the text ‘Installing Automobility’ which is available open access: https://direct.mit.edu/books/book/4661/Installing-AutomobilityEmerging-Politics-of
Each of the working groups was assigned one unique chapter (Chapters 2-5) of the same book for review – all working groups read the introduction (Chapter 1) and concluding part of the book (Chapters 6 and 7).
After submission, each student reviewed another group’s review essay.
Each working group presented their book review (10 minutes) to course participants.Each presentation was followed by 20 minutes for discussion of the book and book reviews. Each student who gave peer review comments to a working group asked a question during the discussion.
